Gillian Kinder has over twenty five years’ career history in the management of corporate governance matters from Board Level to operational systems review, working with both commercial and not-for-profit organisations. (Professional Profile)

Bringing an objective view to business problems, Gillian has worked with a variety of businesses, providing solutions that have, amongst other achievements, facilitated performance, improved liquidity status and reduced risk exposure.

As part of Compliance Essentials’ ongoing activities Gillian is the presenter and facilitator of knowledge based seminars and workshops, focusing on legal and regulatory compliance obligations, in both the public domain as well as to audiences drawn from members of professional bodies.  She has  been published in ‘ACI News’ (GRC Institute) and ‘Business Excellence’ (VECCI) as a voice on legal and regulatory compliance (Media).

Gillian holds a Masters degree in Commercial Law (Deakin University) and is a Fellow of Governance Institute of Australia  (FCIS, FGIA).
